Camp is geared towards teaching the girls new concepts and building lacrosse IQ each day. We have a training curriculum that will cover all the little things needed to become a great lacrosse player. During a single day of camp we’ll cover things like:
Individual skills and drills - position specific training focused on identifying athletes strengths and weaknesses.
Small sided games - After position training we like to put our skills to the test with small sided drills built to focus on different parts of the game. This includes King of the X, 3v2/3v3, transition drills and so on.
