Offensive skills training is geared to focus on Stick Skills, Footwork, and Finishing. Each Class will have a different focus, with an emphasis on footwork, stick-work, and position specific fundamentals. Additionally, every few weeks we’ll bring offense and defense together to implement our drills in a live setting (contact and non contact).
