Young Bucks NOVA

Young Buck Sessions are designed to focus on teaching both fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills. These sessions aim to give younger players a solid foundation while also introducing techniques and knowledge that will give them a competitive edge as they develop.

• Footwork, Stickwork, Ground balls

• Defensive positioning, Offensive concepts

• Live play

6 Weeks - (Outdoors) Mason District Park, Annandale

These sessions are designed to build fundamental stick skills (catching, passing, etc.) while introducing players to advanced offensive and defensive concepts, all in a controlled live-play environment where they can apply what they’ve learned in real-time scenarios.
