Small group Training
October 21 – November 18 | Moorestown, NJ
Build your skills and put them to work in live play. Locked In Lacrosse’s girls training at Mavericks combines individual instruction with small-group competition, helping players develop across every part of the game.
Led by Coach James Kitchen, sessions will cover shooting, dodging, defensive stickwork and footwork, game IQ, and 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 situations. With approximately 5–10 players per group, each athlete will get plenty of reps and individual feedback in a positive, competitive environment.
Meet Coach James Kitchen
James is the head coach at Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Newfield, NJ. He has coached boys’ and girls’ lacrosse for more than 10 years at the travel and high school levels. James grew up in Marlton, attended St. Augustine Prep, and went on to play Division I lacrosse at Hofstra University. He is committed to helping grow the girls’ game in South Jersey.

Dates: October 21 – November 18
Time: Wednesdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Location: Mavericks, Moorestown, NJ
Ages/grades: Open to middle school players. Athletes will be broken up into 2 small groups based off age and skill level.
Price: $50 per player
