What to expect
This clinic is dedicated to enhancing your offensive skills through a comprehensive approach that includes learning proper spacing, effective off-ball movement, and advanced dodging techniques. Participants will delve into decision-making processes, gain a deeper understanding of defensive strategies, and refine their stick skills and shooting accuracy.

High-Level Coaching
Our staff has been working with the lacrosse community for 5+ years and we have developed training programs geared towards all ages and skill levels. As former college lacrosse players, we know what it takes to play at the highest levels of lacrosse. We’ve worked with players from various clubs and rec programs in the South Jersey area including Jersey Express, Shamrocks, NXT, and Southshore, Team Ten and more. Click here to meet our staff.

Registration Cap: To maintain a high-quality training environment and ensure personalized coaching, registration will be limited to 10 players. This cap supports our commitment to maximizing opportunities and feedback for each participant.

Full lacrosse gear - Participants should come prepared with their own gear (including helmet, gloves, chest protector, and stick) and any personal items necessary for a day on the field. Please ensure all equipment meets current safety standards.
